7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Change of Mind and Used Products

Please note that change of mind returns are not applicable. Additionally, if a product, such as a hair straightener, has been used on hair, it is ineligible for replacement or refund. We urge customers to carefully consider their purchases before use.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are applicable only if you have received the wrong product, a broken item, or a product that is not functioning properly. In such cases, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return to be processed.

Initiating a Return

Please contact us at [email protected] to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.


Return the item for a quicker resolution. Make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Note: Banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time.
